Regeneration Ministry

regeneration-a-new-heart

The Regeneration Ministry was born out the works of the Holy Spirit. It’s more than a ministry that helps women and men who have been in trouble with the law. We assist those who are at a loss to find jobs, clothes, food, Christian friends, and hope. Every race, color, and creed, are welcomed upon their arrival to this great ministry. We unite Christians who have been in prison, with those at risk of going to prison, or want to change from a life of incarceration. Incarceration, Imprisonment, confinement, custody, captivity, and detention are not terms just used in the prison system, these terms are also used when dealing with alcohol, drugs, gambling, addiction, bullying and elicit sinful behavior. It is written in Isaiah 53:5(KJV) “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed”.

We do not allow bragging of any kind, because the Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 3:23 (NIV) “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”. Not fallen, because we still fall short. But we’re here to let others know that there is a Savior who sits high, and looks low. One who cares about the situations that we find ourselves in. He’s willing to save us. “He saved us, not because of any works of righteousness that we had done, but because of His own pity and mercy, by [the] cleansing [bath] of the new birth (regeneration) and renewing of the Holy Spirit”. Titus 3:5(AMP).

Breakfast is always served at our meetings, because this is the way Jesus did it. (cf. Matt. 9:10) And Jesus still shows up at each one of our meetings to feed, and cover us with his precious blood.

Love Always,

Deacon Rickie
