The Senior Life Luncheon will be held on Thursday, November 29th at 11:00 A.M. This will be the last luncheon for the year; luncheons will resume in January. MENU: Meatballs, Mac & Cheese, Lima Beans, Turkey Biscuits, House-made Sweet Potato Pie, Eggnog and Punch. There will be extra games, great prizes and give-aways!! All students are requested to submit copies of your report cards to Min. Joseph or Sis. Tawanna Patterson by the 1st Sunday in Dec. Academic Recognition will be held on the 2nd Sunday in Dec. (9th).
Please see your burden insert regarding entries for the Church Calendar. The entry form and monies should be returned to Sis. Alice Randolph no later than the 1st Sunday in December (9th).
The Ville is sponsoring a toy drive for Toy for Tots. Interested persons are asked to donate a new unwrapped toy for a boy or girl. A box will be available in the front entry to collect the toys. All donations should be made by December 16th.
Our Annual Christmas Social will be held on Sunday, Dec. 16th at 11:00 A.M. This year’s social will be hosted by The Ville. Also, be prepared to contribute your best dish to the potluck luncheon. (Donation sheets will be available next Sunday. Christmas photos will be taken.
The PBC Dream Team will be sponsoring “The Joy of Giving” again for the Christmas holiday. The goal is to bless two families with monetary donations. You can help by donating $3 for each letter in your first name. Sample name: J-o-e; 3 letters @ $3 each = $9.00. Envelopes will be available for your donations starting next Sunday. The deadline for donations is Sun., Dec. 16th.
Family Observance will be held on the 5th Sunday in Dec. (30th). The Morning Worship Service has been cancelled. It’s time to start planning something “special” for you and your family for this day.
We will be closing out the year of 2018 with our Annual New Year’s Eve Celebration to be held on Mon., Dec. 31st; details to be announced later.
